How can I add a payment method?
Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.
You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.
Lender: U.S. Bank
If your lender is U.S. Bank, your account is managed by U.S. Bank.

You can pay loans with your bank account (ACH) or mail us a check.
To add a new payment method:
Sign in to your online Wisetack account
Click on "Loan options ⟶ Manage payment methods". You can also navigate to "Account settings" and scroll down to the "Manage payment methods" section

Click on "Add payment method"
For Bank Account (ACH) you can either manually enter your bank account information or you can click on "Autofill using bank login".
After you have successfully added the payment method, you can make a one-time payment or turn on Autopay.
