How can I make a payment to Wisetack?
Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.
You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.
Lender: Citizens PayⓇ
If your lender is Citizens Pay, make your payments to Citizens Pay.

Wisetack does not accept payment for Citizens Pay. Please don’t send checks or attempt to make other forms of payment to Wisetack.
Lender: Hatch Bank
If your lender is Hatch Bank, make your payments to Wisetack.
Make or schedule a payment online
- Sign in to your online Wisetack account
- Select the loan you want to make a payment for

Click "Make a payment"
- If you don’t have a valid payment method on file, you first need to add one
- Select your payment amount, payment date, payment method and click "Continue"
- Review the payment details

Add automatic payments
You can automate payments by linking your bank account during the financing application. If you skipped this step in your application, you can still set up automatic payments in your online Wisetack account. Once logged in to your account, follow the steps below to set up automatic ACH bank payments.
- Sign in to your online Wisetack account
- Choose which loan you want to turn on Autopay for
- Click on "Enable Autopay" or "Loan options ⟶ Manage Autopay"

Select frequency and a payment method.
- If your payment method is not listed, you need to first add it. See here how to add a new payment method.
- Review the payment schedule and "Authorization for Recurring Payments"
- Click on "Set Autopay" or “Update Autopay”
- After setup, an email will be sent with your Autopay details
Autopay will only apply to your scheduled monthly payment and won’t automatically debit an overdue amount. To pay an overdue amount, please make or schedule a one-time payment for your loan through your online Wisetack account.
Pay via check
Your check should be for payment toward one loan only. If you have multiple loans, please mail multiple checks.

- Your name (if it's not on your check)
- Your Wisetack Account ID
- Make the check payable to: Wisetack, Inc.

Important note:
Please do not send checks to this address if your lender is Citizens Pay. See details at the top of this page.
Checks may take up to 10 business days to process. If you want a faster way to pay you can use a bank account (ACH).
If you forget to include the Wisetack Account ID, and we can identify your account by the name on the check, your payment will go toward the oldest active loan.
If your check amount is higher than the outstanding balance, your loan will be paid off and you’ll receive a reimbursement for the difference. All reimbursements are made via ACH transfer to the bank account on file. Please add a bank account to your Wisetack account in order to receive a reimbursement.
Pay over the phone
Call us at 1 (888) 711-5854. We’re available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm ET. You can make the payment with a direct bank transfer by providing us with your account number and routing number. We do not currently accept debit or credit cards as a form of payment.
