Make a payment

Make or schedule a payment online

  1. Sign in to your Wisetack account
  2. Select the loan you want to make a payment for
  3. Click "Make a payment"
  4. If you don’t have a valid payment method on file, you first need to add one
  5. Select your payment amount, payment date,payment method and click "Continue"
  6. Review the payment details
  7. Click "Make payment" 

Add automatic payments

You can automate payments by linking your bank account while completing the financing application. Once logged in to your account, you can choose to set up automatic ​​ACH bank payments. If you decide not to automate payments, you can also log in to pay manually or mail in a check each month. 

  1. Sign in to your account here
  2. Choose a loan you want to turn on Autopay
  3. Click on "Enable Autopay" or "Loan options⟶Manage Autopay"
  4. Select frequency and a payment method. If your payment method is not listed, you need first to add it. See here how to add a new payment method
  5. Review the payment schedule and "Autopay Consent"
  6. Click on "Set Autopay"
  7. You will also receive an email with the Autopay details

Autopay won’t automatically debit an overdue amount. To pay that amount, please make or schedule a one-time payment for your loan.

 

Pay via check

  • Your check should be for payment toward one loan only. If you have multiple loans, please mail multiple checks.
  • Include the following information on the check:
    • Your name (if it's not on your check)
    • Your Wisetack Account ID
  •  Make the check payable to: Wisetack, Inc.
  •  Mail the check to the appropriate address:

Checks may take up to 10 business days to process. If you want a faster way to pay you can use a bank account (ACH).

If you forget to include the Wisetack Account ID, and we can identify your account by the name on the check, your payment will go toward the oldest active loan.

If your check is higher than the outstanding balance, your loan will be paid off and you’ll receive a reimbursement for the difference. All reimbursements are made via ACH transfers to the bank account on file. Please add a bank account to your Wisetack account In order to receive a reimbursement.

 

Pay over the phone:

Call us at  1-(888) 711-5854. We’re available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm ET. You can make the payment with a direct bank transfer by providing us with your account number and routing number. We do not currently accept debit or credit cards as a form of payment.
