Turn on Autopay

How do I turn on/off automatic payments (Autopay)?

Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.

You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.

 

Lender: Citizens Pay

If your lender is Citizens Pay, make your payments to Citizens Pay

Autopay is available for Citizens Pay financing, and is a great way to make sure you never miss a payment. Contact Citizens Pay for assistance with Autopay.

Wisetack does not accept payment for Citizens Pay. Please don’t send checks or attempt to make other forms of payment to Wisetack.

 


 

Lender: Hatch Bank

If your lender is Hatch Bank, make your payments to Wisetack.

You can make automatic payments by turning on Autopay. Autopay automatically debits your payment from a selected bank account on each payment due date.

Many customers prefer Autopay because:

  • It allows you to set up your preferred payment date and amount, and you can modify your schedule when you need to.

  • It helps maintain a history of on-time payments, which can help you keep a good credit score.

Turn on Autopay

  1. Sign in to your online Wisetack account

  2. Choose a loan you want to turn on Autopay for

  3. Click on "Enable Autopay" or "Loan options ⟶ Manage Autopay"

  4. Select frequency and a payment method. If your payment method is not listed, you need first to add it.

  5. Review the payment schedule and "Autopay Consent"

  6. Click on "Set Autopay"

  7. After setup, an email will be sent with your Autopay details

Important Note:

Autopay will only apply to your scheduled monthly payment and won’t automatically debit an overdue amount. To pay an overdue amount, please make or schedule a one-time payment for your loan.

 

Update Autopay

  1. Sign in to your online Wisetack account

  2. Choose a loan you want to turn on Autopay for

  3. Click on "Loan options ⟶ Manage Autopay"

  4. Select a new frequency or another payment method

  5. Review updated "Authorization for Recurring Payments"

  6. Click on "Update Autopay"

  7. After setup, an email will be sent with your Autopay details

Turn off Autopay

  1. Sign in to your online Wisetack account

  2. Choose a loan you want to turn on Autopay for

  3. Click on "Loan options ⟶ Manage Autopay"

  4. Click on "Turn off Autopay"

Autopay payments that were already processed cannot be canceled. To stop an Autopay payment before it has been processed, please turn off Autopay at least three business days before the payment due date.
