How do I cancel my financing?
If you paid the service provider another way, or accidentally confirmed two financing options, we may be able to assist in canceling the incorrect purchase. Once we have confirmed the error with your service provider, we will cancel the financing made in error within 3 to 10 business days. Depending on the circumstances, you may be liable for interest for the loan duration.
Otherwise, you can pay off your financing early. We don’t charge any fees or penalties for prepayments. If you pay off your financing before the final due date, you can save on any interest that hasn’t accrued yet.
