How do I get a refund?
Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.
You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.

If your lender is Citizens Pay, your account is managed by Citizens Pay.

Lender: Hatch Bank
If your lender is Hatch Bank, manage your account with Wisetack.
In most cases, a refund is issued once we’ve confirmed the refund total with your service provider.
- If your refund amount is less than your outstanding balance, it might not lower your upcoming payment. Instead, you can expect fewer scheduled payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
- If your refund amount is more than your outstanding balance, you’ll get back the difference. We’ll send your reimbursement to your bank account on file within 3 to 10 business days. If you don’t have a valid bank account on file, you will need to add one to your online Wisetack account.
