When are my payments due?
Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.
You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.

If your lender is Citizens Pay, make your payments to Citizens Pay.

Choose a loan

Click on the "Activity" tab

You can click on the “⌄” sign to see details of a due date
Important note:
If you have multiple loans, each loan might have a different due date. To help you make on-time payments, we’ll send you reminders for each of your loans to your email and phone number on file.
