Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.

Lender: Citizens PayⓇ
If your lender is Citizens Pay, make your payments to Citizens Pay.

If your lender is Hatch Bank, make your payments to Wisetack.
Payment reminders can help you keep track of upcoming payments to Wisetack.
- We’ll send you payment reminders 3 days before each due date.
- If you don’t want to receive reminders on your loans in good status, you can update your notification preferences.
- If your loan has an overdue balance, we’ll send you additional reminders.
