If you send Wisetack financing applications through the Merchant Portal, you can either:
- Simply update the loan amount directly in the portal (steps outlined here)
- Or, you can cancel the application and send a new one with the updated amount. You have the ability to cancel a financing application up until it has been paid.
- To cancel an application in the Merchant portal, navigate to Applications, then click the loan you would like to cancel. Once on the loan details page, click the Cancel Loan button. This feature is not available after a loan has already been paid. If that is the case, our support team can assist with refunds.
If you send Wisetack financing applications through your software platform and the job size changes, you can simply cancel the application and send a new one by contacting our support team to cancel the application.
