What to do if the job size changes

If the job size changes after you have already sent out a financing application, you can simply cancel the application and send a new one with the updated amount. You have the ability to cancel a financing application up until it has been paid.

If you send Wisetack financing applications through the Merchant Portal, you can cancel a loan directly in the portal. Navigate to Applications, then click the loan you would like to cancel. Once on the loan details page, click the Cancel Loan button. This feature is not available after a loan has already been paid. If that is the case, our support team can assist with refunds.

If you send Wisetack financing applications through your software platform, please contact our support team to cancel the application. 

After the application has been canceled, simply send a new application with the updated amount.
