Reimbursement Status

Where is my reimbursement?

If reimbursement is owed on your account, you'll need to add a bank account on file. After adding the bank account, please notify us by calling (888) 711-5854 or by emailing, so we can disperse the reimbursement.

You may add a bank account by logging into your Wisetack account. Depending on your bank, reimbursements can take 3 to 5 business days to be processed.
