What happens if I make a late payment?

Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.

You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.

 

Lender: U.S. Bank

If your lender is U.S. Bank, your account is managed by U.S. Bank. 
 

Please contact U.S. Bank to manage late payments.

Wisetack does not accept payment for U.S. Bank and does not have access to your account information. Please don’t send checks or attempt to make other forms of payment to Wisetack.

 


Lender: LendingClub Bank


If your lender is LendingClub, your account is managed by LendingClub. 

Please contact LendingClub Bank to manage late payments.

Wisetack does not accept payment for LendingClub. Please don’t send checks or attempt to make other forms of payment to Wisetack.

 


 

Lender: Citizens Pay

If your lender is Citizens Pay, your account is managed by Citizens Pay.

Lender: Hatch Bank

Make payments to: Wisetack serviced by Launch

 

If your lender is Launch, your account is managed by Launch.

Please contact Launch to manage late payments.

Wisetack does not accept payment for Hatch Bank and does not have access to your balance information. Please don’t send checks or attempt to make other forms of payment to Wisetack.

If you are going to be late on a payment or your payment failed, please sign in to your online Wisetack account and schedule a payment as soon as possible.

  • We don’t charge late fees; however, interest will continue to accrue.
  • After you schedule a payment, you’ll continue to receive reminders by email and/or text message but you won’t receive collection calls.
