How do I update my account if I filed for bankruptcy?

Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.

You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.

 

 

Lender: U.S. Bank

If your lender is U.S. Bank, your account is managed by U.S. Bank. 

 

Please contact U.S. Bank to discuss bankruptcy.


 

Lender: LendingClub Bank


If your lender is LendingClub, make your payments to LendingClub. 

 

Please contact LendingClub Bank to discuss bankruptcy.

Wisetack does not accept payment for LendingClub. Please don’t send checks or attempt to make other forms of payment to Wisetack.

 


 

Lender: Hatch Bank

Make payments to: Wisetack serviced by Launch

 

Please contact Launch to discuss bankruptcy.

 


 

Lender: Citizens Pay

If your lender is Citizens Pay, your account is managed by Citizens Pay

 

Please contact Citizens Pay to discuss bankruptcy.


 

Lender: Hatch Bank

Make payments to: Wisetack

 

If you have filed a case with the bankruptcy court, we ask that you reach out to our payments team at 1 (888) 711-5854.

 

Please provide the following information: 

  • Your full name

  • Your username or email address

  • Your mobile phone

  • Your attorney information (if you have one)

  • Court case number

  • Chapter filed (7, 11, or 13)

  • Date case was filed

     

You can also ask your attorney to email a copy of your bankruptcy petition to servicingrequests@wisetack.com.

 

Alternatively, you can mail a copy of your bankruptcy petition if your lender is Hatch Bank only:
