Send a document

How do I send a document to customer support?

To securely upload and send documents:

  1. Sign in to your Wisetack account
  2. Navigate to "Account settings"
  3. Scroll to the "Upload documents" section and click on "Upload document(s)"

Please note in an effort to keep your personal information safe, once you upload a document, you won’t be able to view it in the portal. Our customer support team will review them internally.

To share documents, please email them to support@wisetack.com.
