How do I send a document to customer support?
To securely upload and send documents:
- Sign in to your Wisetack account
- Navigate to "Account settings"
- Scroll to the "Upload documents" section and click on "Upload document(s)"
Please note in an effort to keep your personal information safe, once you upload a document, you won’t be able to view it in the portal. Our customer support team will review them internally.
To share documents, please email them to email@example.com.
