How do I send a document to customer support?

Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.

You can find your lending partner on the confirmation email sent when you completed your purchase. If you need help finding your lender, feel free to call our Wisetack support team for help: 1 (833) 927-0333.

 

Lender: Citizens Pay

If your lender is Citizens Pay, your account is managed by Citizens Pay. 

Please contact Citizens Pay for more details about how to send a document.



Lender: Hatch Bank

If your lender is Hatch Bank, manage your account with Wisetack.

To securely upload and send documents:

  1. Sign in to your online Wisetack account

  2. Navigate to "Account settings"

  3. Scroll to the "Upload documents" section and click on "Upload document(s)"

Important note:

In an effort to keep your personal information safe, uploaded documents will not be viewable through your online account. Our Wisetack support team will review them internally.
