What’s my Wisetack loan ID or account number?
Wisetack works with a number of lending partners to provide financing. Where you make a payment and how you manage your financing depends on your lending partner.

Lender: Citizens PayⓇ
If your lender is Citizens Pay, your account is managed by Citizens Pay.
You can find your account ID on the confirmation email sent after your Wisetack purchase, or by contacting Citizens Pay.

Lender: Hatch Bank
If your lender is Hatch Bank, manage your account with Wisetack.
You can easily find your loan ID in most emails from Wisetack related to your financing(it may also be called an “account ID”).
You can also locate it using your online Wisetack account:

Sign in to your online Wisetack account

Choose a loan in the "Active Loans" section

Look for a "LOAN ID" at the top of the loan details page
Important note:
Your account ID is unique. If you have multiple loans, each loan will have a different ID. For us to better serve you, please make sure you use the right account ID when you contact us.
