You can access your settings in the merchant portal main menu, under Account Settings.
To ensure you’re getting our notifications about financing and prequalification applications, update your email, phone number, and notification settings in the My Profile section by selecting the edit button. From here you can also opt out of these notifications at any time.
If you need to update proprietary business information, such as business email & phone number, you can update in the Merchant Information section as an admin.
