- If you are locked out of your application due to incorrect application codes submitted, you will need to wait 60 minutes before being able to access your application (this cannot be changed or skipped)
- If you cannot access your application because you are not receiving the text message with the code, please see this article
- If you closed the window or tab, you should be able to re-enter the application using the link that was sent to you via email or SMS
- If you deleted the email or SMSs that contain your application link, please contact our support team
