If you entered incorrect contact information, like your email or phone number, when filling out your loan application and would like to change it, you can do so by submitting a new application with the updated information.
For further assistance, please contact your service provider. They can walk you through those steps.
If you would like to change your contact information for a loan that is complete, please log into the payments portal and update your settings.
You will receive an email 1 business day after confirming your loan that will include a link to the portal. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact our support team.
