How do I log into the merchant portal?

To access the merchant portal, you can navigate to www.wisetack.com → select the Merchant login button on the top right.

  • You can sign in with either your email or phone number.
    • Note that the email sign-in method is strongly preferred for enhanced account security.

Email login

  1. Input your business email address and your unique password
  2. Click the Login button.
    • If you have not yet created a password or forgot your password, follow the login troubleshooting steps below.

Phone number login

  1. Input your mobile phone number on file
  2. Click Send Code
  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone 

 


Login Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

 

Create a new password

If you haven’t created a password, you can select the Create password button.

  1. Input your email address → select Submit 
  2. Check your email inbox for a confirmation code to and follow the prompt to authorize your account. Note the confirmation code will expire 1 hour after being sent
  3. Once your password has been created, select the Continue to portal button to log in

Forgot password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can select the Forgot password button to reset your password.

  1. Input your email address → select Submit

  3. Once your password has been created, select the Continue to portal button to log in

Phone login

If you usually log in with your phone and aren’t sure which email address is associated with your user account, follow the steps below to view the correct email address. 

  1. Log in with your phone number and pin verification
  2. Head to Account SettingsMy profile to view the email address associated with your account.

To change/update your password

  1. Head over to Account settingsMy profile 
  2. Select the Edit button
  3. Input your desired password and hit Save
