We send you an email update when your customer is approved for financing and when they accept their preferred terms. You can also log in to the merchant portal for detailed, real-time information on outstanding applications.
We send emails at every step of the way because we understand that especially for larger purchases, customers apply for financing hours, days, or even weeks in advance, and you need to know whether or not they have been approved and accepted the financing terms before proceeding.
Note that approvals are only valid for 30 days, and the application will expire if left unconfirmed.* But don't worry! Your customer can always reapply.
*If you’re in home services, approvals are valid for 90 days.
