If someone on your team is having trouble logging in — or has never logged in at all — Admins and Managers can reset their password directly from the merchant portal.
Who can do this
Admins can reset passwords for all user roles on their account. Managers can reset passwords for other Managers, Standard and Limited users on their account.

How to reset a password
- Log into the merchant portal
- Go to Account Settings → User Management

Select the user or click the edit icon next to their name
Note: If they've never logged in, they'll have a '(pending invite)' label next to their name
- Select Reset Password
The user will receive an email with instructions to set a new password. For users who have never logged in, they'll receive a temporary password to get started.
What the user receives
The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password or a temporary password if they've never logged in before.
Things to keep in mind
If the user doesn't receive the email, ask them to check their spam folder.
